
Key Account Manager – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Assist in managing and nurturing existing international distributor relationships and orders.
• Act as a responsive contact for distributor inquiries, updates, product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Oversee the complete B2B order lifecycle, from order entry and allocation to fulfillment, shipment, invoicing, and billing.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery timelines in collaboration with Logistics and Distribution.
• Address and resolve fulfillment and delivery challenges as they arise.
• Provide proactive updates regarding order allocation, product availability, fulfillment timelines, delays, and potential risks.
• Process order modifications, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Escalate exceptions and issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to resolve accounts receivable matters, including credit holds, prepayments, and chargebacks.
• Maintain precise order trackers, reporting, and customer documentation.
• Monitor and communicate the status of the order book and potential fulfillment risks.
• Balance competing deadlines and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
• Familiarize and comply with established processes and systems, including NetSuite and order management and reporting tools.
• Provide maternity leave coverage for approximately 3–4 months.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Planning & Operations, Logistics, Distribution, and Accounting teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, sales support, order management, or a related field.
• Strong preference for experience with an ERP or order management system such as NetSuite.
• Ideally, experience in consumer products, outdoor, or retail brands.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to build and sustain relationships with customers, distributors, and cross-functional partners.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt quickly to established processes, systems, and priorities.
• Able to start promptly and quickly acclimate through a condensed onboarding and knowledge-transfer period.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; Cotopaxi participates in E-Verify.
