This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and further development of existing key accounts in Southern Germany
• Establishment and maintenance of stable customer relationships
• Ensuring follow-up on ongoing agreements, actions, and product inquiries
• Active contribution to the growth of revenue and volume
• Introduction and development of new products
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of customer meetings
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces
• Maintenance and documentation of customer information
• Transparent reporting and coordination with the team leader
• Support during the handover upon the return of the position holder
• Proven and relevant experience in sales or account management, ideally in food service, gastronomy, the food industry, or wholesale
• Strong sales mindset coupled with clear customer orientation and the ability to successfully translate customer needs into concrete results
• Good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Residence in Southern Germany or good connectivity to the region
• Willingness to travel within Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Availability for 6 to 12 months on a full-time basis
• Proficient in both German and English
• Flexible work arrangements
