Key Account Manager – Institutional Residential Properties

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage a portfolio of institutional residential properties and serve as the primary contact for asset managers and owners.

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with our regional teams and central functions (accounting, leasing, technical support).

• Financial management of an institutional residential portfolio.

• Point of contact for asset managers, funds, and professional property owners.

• Oversight of lease agreements, indexations, and contract management.

• Preparation and execution of owner reporting.

• Budget planning and monitoring of property performance.

• Management of external service providers and internal teams.

• Support for leasing and optimization initiatives.

• Utilize our digital platform for efficient portfolio management.

• Several years of experience in residential property management.

• Experience with larger residential portfolios or institutional owners.

• Proficient in handling lease agreements, ancillary costs, and reporting.

• Structured and independent working style.

• High digital affinity.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
