• Develop and enhance market presence and customer base within the Secondary Care segment to meet sales objectives for ARDx products in designated regions.
• Assume full accountability for sales and revenue, including the planning, direction, and management of sales strategies aligned with KPIs, client needs, and product concepts.
• Lead negotiations and oversee the management of contracts with business partners at the C-level in hospitals, hospital groups, and purchasing organizations.
• Identify, prepare, and present customer challenges and business opportunities for key clients to establish long-term, strategically significant national business relationships.
• Cultivate and sustain exceptional customer relationships while proactively supporting change initiatives in close collaboration with central stakeholders such as hospital managers, procurement leaders, and decision-making bodies.
• Strategically conceptualize and implement ARDx products and associated marketing campaigns.
• Represent Abbott and the product portfolio at sales and marketing events and conferences.
• A university degree in natural sciences, or alternatively medical training or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in diagnostics.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in medical technology or a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the market segment alongside a profound understanding of key clients and their needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including experience at management and C-level.
• Results-driven, organized, and resilient work style.
• High problem-solving capability and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Collaborative personality with high initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organizational, moderation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70–80%).
• Fluent in German and possess very good English skills.
