This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Participate in shaping the sales strategy and market approach for the Industry segment in the Eastern region.
• Establish and maintain strong engagement with targeted end users, design firms, contractors, and strategic stakeholders through organized field activities and relationship building.
• Advocate for and secure the specification of Gerflor products by engaging with End Users and specifiers, including Architects, Engineering firms, Interior Designers, Flooring Contractors, and Builders.
• Assist Agents and the Gerflor Commercial sales team by ensuring a thorough understanding of key strategic stakeholders and the advantages of the product portfolio.
• Coordinate and deliver CEUs and “lunch and learn” sessions with specifiers in collaboration with the local sales team.
• Keep precise records of project, stakeholder, and opportunity data within Gerflor’s CRM system.
• Spearhead efforts at Industry-related trade shows and events where Gerflor participates, managing relevant lead follow-up and ROI assessments.
• Supply market intelligence regarding competition, distribution, product trends, standards, and more.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in selling to controlled environments, Life Science, High Tech, Manufacturing, or related commercial sectors that involve complex sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Clean Room environments is essential.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in computer applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, BI, and AI tools.
• Experience in budgeting.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
