This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders among customers, including senior decision-makers and influencers.
β’ Oversee a designated portfolio of customer accounts, emphasizing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
β’ Discover, cultivate, and finalize new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
β’ Enhance customer spending and profitability through strategic account development and solution-oriented selling.
β’ Generate demand for products and services by boosting brand visibility and showcasing value to customers.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings with customer leadership teams to comprehend operational requirements and align solutions accordingly.
β’ Offer technical sales support and product recommendations that assist customers in enhancing performance and efficiency.
β’ Investigate customer challenges, assess opportunities, and formulate recommendations that facilitate business growth.
β’ Collaborate across various internal teams to ensure effective execution and customer support.
β’ Uphold pricing discipline, support margin improvement initiatives, and contribute to overall gross profit objectives.
β’ Experience in technical sales or industrial sales within the industrial water treatment sector or similar customer-facing roles.
β’ Demonstrated capability to forge relationships and influence decision-makers across various organizational levels.
β’ Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Competence in independently managing accounts and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Comfortable with data analysis, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
β’ Technical proficiency with the ability to grasp products, systems, and customer applications.
