This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Assist in the development and expansion of the Sobi Immunology business in the Czech Republic by executing local strategies for our products, Kineret and Jyseleca.
• Take charge of customer networking and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Hold full responsibility for designated products and meet ambitious revenue targets and sales goals.
• Allocate 80% of work time in the field to support business activities and engage with key customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in local and international congresses.
• Collect, archive, and report data on field activities while applying key-account principles in CRM.
• Implement the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with local customer needs and market demands.
• Execute the tactical implementation of the SOBI global business plan through the creation and execution of a business plan, including necessary local strategy or tactical adjustments.
• Manage and allocate assigned resources efficiently.
• Engage in designated HQ project groups and support the SOBI global business plans.
• Provide insights regarding local market needs and competitor activities.
• Participate in the planning process and contribute to planning for assigned products.
• Monitor stock levels and assess future needs to guarantee adequate supplies of assigned products.
• Ensure the completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and compliance with those regulations and policies.
• Adhere to GxP (GCP, GVP, HCC) standards.
• Report to CM and management in accordance with SOBI requirements and standards.
• Participate in relevant regular teleconferences and meetings.
• A university degree level education.
• Recent experience of at least 5 years in a marketing or sales role within an original pharmaceutical company.
• Ideally includes a minimum of 2 years of KAM experience in specialized/center treatment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Flexibility and the capacity to manage change while operating in uncertain environments.
• Experience in key customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities with innovative thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Valid driving license (category B).
