Key Account Manager – Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assimilates pertinent knowledge.

• Implements and adheres to the employer's policies and procedures.

• Comprehends the local healthcare system.

• Acquires scientific knowledge relevant to the specific role.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the healthcare market, patient admission and discharge processes, treatment plans, etc.

• Exhibits extensive knowledge of patient diseases and available therapeutic options, including their value to distinct categories of medical professionals or patients.

• Understands the characteristics of brand patients (type) for which on-label usage of Lilly's products is suitable.

• Familiar with disease states, Standard of Care guidelines, common treatment protocols (process care models), and the complete array of diagnostic tests and services that support the effective use of approved indications of Lilly’s products.

• Displays a comprehensive understanding of current treatment guidelines, formulary status, and account/healthcare economy protocols that influence standards of care for desired patient outcomes.

• Analyzes the territory and the categories of hospitals and healthcare professionals addressed, enabling informed decisions using relevant data and resources.

• Identifies opportunities by considering promotional potential, benefits, efforts, and access to healthcare professionals.

• Collaborates with team members to prioritize opportunities and develop business plans that effectively utilize an approved multichannel approach.

• Recognizes healthcare professionals’ engagement preferences and is capable of formulating a plan (with milestones) for the successful execution of a multichannel strategy.

• Adheres to compliance, ethical, and legal standards in all activities.

• Utilizes promotional tools, clinical data, and promotional materials effectively.

• Remains consistently informed about competing products.

• Applies product knowledge to achieve established goals.

• Responds promptly and appropriately to the needs of healthcare professionals.

• Addresses questions, concerns, and complaints from healthcare professionals swiftly and accurately.

• Works with a multifunctional team to foster quality interactions with healthcare professionals in alignment with Lilly policies and procedures.

• Engages healthcare professionals in patient-centered VBS dialogues.

• Appropriately employs approved multichannel resources and brand-approved materials to promptly address and satisfy healthcare professionals’ needs.

• Creates value for healthcare professionals through a diverse approved multichannel mix of clinical and nonclinical solutions that are customized to meet both patient and healthcare professional needs within the healthcare context.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand the intricacies of markets, products, relationships, and the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

• Strategic thinking capabilities.

• Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Adaptability to changes in priorities to complete tasks within tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• A robust work ethic.

• A positive and energetic disposition.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Proficient in business English (both written and spoken).

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma industry.

• Experience in the Immunology field; gastroenterology experience is a plus.
