This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively acquire new clients from organizations with over 500 employees.
• Take charge of the complete sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and preparing proposals to negotiating contracts.
• Establish and nurture a robust network within targeted industries and among decision-makers at the C-level.
• Utilize your existing connections and lead sources to create new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline independently: plan, maintain, and prioritize efforts to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments, deliver customized UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, and negotiate deals until closure.
• Collaborate with presales, technical consultants, and internal teams to convert intricate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and relevant networking opportunities.
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the UCaaS or telecommunications sectors.
• Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships.
• Independent, organized, and goal-driven work ethic, with persistence and strong closing abilities.
• Exceptional aptitude for identifying customer needs and transforming them into successful business agreements.
• Confident interaction with C-level decision-makers and navigating complex decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), with a willingness to travel throughout Germany.
