This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients throughout Poland
• Propel sales growth and assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives within our healthcare offerings
• Optimize order intake, sales performance, and pricing effectiveness
• Discover business opportunities within the designated portfolio and deliver value-added solutions
• Assist in the formulation and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM
• Prepare and present professional sales presentations and proposals
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate CRM data management
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate seamless collaboration with key clients
• Work collaboratively across functions to meet complex customer requirements and guarantee high satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree (medical background is advantageous)
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in capital equipment or healthcare
• Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
• Proficient in both English and Polish
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to work autonomously
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel
• Experience with CRM systems, market analysis, and sales proposal creation is a plus
