This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a designated geographical area to facilitate the introduction of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices across the US.
• Surpass established sales revenue targets and key performance indicators for the brand.
• Deliver both formal and informal presentations, articulating complex scientific, reimbursement, and business information with proficiency.
• Cultivate local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned region.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with specific medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance metrics, business trends, and promotional/in-service budgets; devise and implement strategic business plans for Lymphir.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare diseases.
• Strong comprehension of oncology products, treatment approaches, and the oncology market landscape.
• Extensive cross-functional experience in other commercial roles is advantageous.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of oncology treatments and emerging trends within the field.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts.
• Strong analytical abilities for evaluating market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Significant understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.
