This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee a specified geographical area to facilitate the launch of Lymphir.
• Surpass set sales revenue targets and achieve key performance indicators for the brand.
• Conduct both formal and informal presentations, effectively communicating complex information.
• Cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the designated territory.
• Build and sustain professional connections with medical centers, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain expertise in patient-related services and offer guidance to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Develop and retain knowledge of relevant disease states and competitive products.
• Regularly analyze performance metrics, business trends, and promotional budgets.
• Leverage the CRM System to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with oncology experts and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare diseases.
• Strong knowledge of oncology products.
• A hunter's mindset in the rare disease sector is essential.
• Extensive cross-functional experience in various commercial roles, including marketing, sales operations, and training.
• Robust analytical skills for evaluating market dynamics.
• In-depth understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.
