📋 Description

• Manage the corporate-level commercial relationships for national Heavy Truck and Bus OEM accounts, fostering executive and procurement connections that facilitate opportunities for Rhino's field Sales Engineers.

• Create and implement strategic account plans that outline the vision, priorities, and growth trajectory for each key customer, translating insights into actionable guidance for the SE team.

• Recognize new business opportunities at the corporate level, such as upcoming platforms, new plants, and procurement changes, and communicate this context to the SEs responsible for local execution.

• Negotiate high-level agreements, pricing frameworks, and long-term partnerships at both the corporate and procurement levels.

• Maintain a robust and well-qualified pipeline while providing regular and accurate revenue forecasts.

• Present an annual account business plan to Rhino's Key Accounts leadership that includes growth targets, investment priorities, and significant milestones.

• Monitor and respond to market trends, competitive dynamics, and changes in customer procurement that impact your accounts.

• Conduct regular business reviews and executive presentations at the corporate and procurement levels, serving as your primary engagement channel with customers.

• Participate in strategic plant visits alongside SEs when your presence adds value, particularly for key launches, relationship development, or critical situations, while respecting the SE's role as the local account owner.

• Act as a trusted advisor at the customer's corporate level, sharing market insights, product vision, and Rhino's capabilities proactively.

• Serve as the intelligence resource for Rhino's Heavy Truck Sales Engineers by providing them with corporate contacts, project knowledge, procurement timelines, and strategic context that they may not easily access independently.

• Work closely with SEs on account strategy without overstepping; your role is to empower them to succeed rather than manage the plant relationship on their behalf.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver the right resources and solutions to your accounts.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Rhino's complete product portfolio and act as a subject matter expert for the broader sales team on Heavy Truck applications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, key account sales, or a comparable senior commercial role in the Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) or automotive sector.

• Proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets within a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

• Experience managing national or multi-site accounts, including the development of executive-level relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.

• Strong knowledge of assembly, tooling, or industrial product applications relevant to Heavy Truck or related manufacturing environments.

• Ability to craft and present persuasive business cases to both technical and executive audiences.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote or field-based role.

• Willingness and capacity to travel nationally, with occasional international travel as needed.
