This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Expand and enhance the customer portfolio by leading distribution, sales, key account management, and category development in alignment with core range and NPD strategies.
• Develop and implement annual customer plans, facilitate yearly negotiations, and ensure the execution and oversight of agreed trading conditions.
• Oversee product listings, assortment matrices, promotional grids, and guarantee the execution of trade marketing plans as well as compliance with company marketing standards.
• Project monthly sales volumes, compile sales reports, and manage budgets, investments, and trade marketing expenditures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, cultivate robust customer relationships, identify growth prospects, and assist in the onboarding of new clients.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management.
• In-depth understanding of key accounts, customers, competitors, and the Healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the complete sales process (including marketing, finance, and logistics).
• Thorough understanding of customer Profit & Loss statements and key financial performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities and guide business decisions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in both German and English.
