This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide guidance to customers on software procedures and pinpoint opportunities for optimization within the healthcare sector.
• Act as the main point of contact for all commercial and sales-related inquiries.
• Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients in the statutory health insurance (GKV) sector.
• Identify and create new business opportunities while systematically growing a robust network within the oscare® ecosystem.
• Deliver focused presentations during customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions.
• Draft proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully finalize contracts.
• Take on revenue responsibilities following the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate closely with product and project teams across various departments to ensure offerings meet market demands.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales of intricate, consultative software solutions.
• Professional expertise within the statutory health insurance (GKV) landscape.
• Strong networking abilities and a talent for attracting new customers.
• Proficient in articulating technical solutions in a clear manner to non-technical audiences.
• High levels of self-organization, resilience, and negotiation capabilities.
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on establishing long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany (approximately 10–20%).
• Excellent proficiency in German (C1/C2) and fluent in English.
