This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement IDN Account Business Plans aimed at driving growth, enhancing market access, and integrating Azurity’s Gastroenterology product line.
• Build and maintain customer stakeholder maps to align both internal and external teams with existing strategies and future growth prospects.
• Evaluate IDN performance metrics, utilization patterns, and obstacles to formulate targeted pull-through approaches.
• Develop connections between decision-makers, implementation leaders, and end-users to ensure smooth launches of GI offerings.
• Cultivate and uphold strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in IDNs.
• Utilize value proposition materials to engage stakeholders around unmet needs and collaborate on value creation.
• Leverage implementation resources to foster goal alignment, develop EMR solutions, and establish training programs.
• Partner with pharmacy stakeholders to monitor performance, enhance workflow offerings, and provide patient support.
• Drive clinical pull-through by collaborating with Field Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Act as the internal representative for IDN customers, delivering market insights for strategy and launch planning.
• Work collaboratively with Market Access/Strategic Accounts, Commercial Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing departments.
• Conduct strategic evaluations with senior leadership.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IDN market dynamics within the Gastroenterology sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• At least 2+ years of experience engaging with C-suite leaders in the Super Group and Health System arenas.
• Demonstrated success in managing and marketing a product portfolio, with direct experience in Gastroenterology.
• Proven track record in negotiating and co-developing strategies within the IDN/Health System segment.
• Strong comprehension of customer goal alignment, workflow and training plan development, and performance monitoring.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the designated geographic area.
• Capability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Capacity to occasionally climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in using a keyboard, telephone, and other handheld devices.
