This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Comprehensive management of a Client portfolio aimed at achieving sales targets in line with the commercial strategy.
• Negotiation of annual peripheral agreements while adhering to the assigned budget and the commercial policy framework.
• Monitoring the proper implementation of national contracts at the regional level and overseeing the execution of retail mix agreements.
• Providing structured feedback to the Central-South Area Manager, Trade Marketing, and NAMs with a focus on identifying areas for improvement.
• Preparing monthly forecasts to assist with demand planning.
• Overseeing a panel of retail outlets within the designated area, engaging locally to discuss potential corrective actions (e.g., shelf maintenance, stock management, promotion implementation).
• A degree in economics/marketing is preferred.
• **At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry, preferably in the food sector.**
• **Familiarity with the reference area is essential.**
• Ideally, experience in Trade Marketing is also desired.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Automation suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word). **Experience in managing commercial reporting is a must.**
