This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Accurately assess the needs and expectations of Key Accounts (KA), along with identifying opportunities and threats for AbbVie.
• Emphasize the cross-functional implications of expected account changes to enhance forecasting of future developments.
• Create solutions to resolve claims or specific concerns raised by Key Accounts.
• Establish trusted and strategic relationships with stakeholders to foresee access obstacles.
• Spot opportunities and collaborate across functions to foster mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, adjusting strategies to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives by meeting or surpassing expectations.
• Adhere to planned sales call frequencies and the number of professional visits.
• A relevant university degree in Science, Applied Science, or Business.
• 3-4 years of experience in Immunology is a significant advantage.
• A demonstrated history of sales success and strong presentation skills within the relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Robust business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Proactively identifies customer profiles and swiftly adapts all elements of the selling approach.
• Effectively operates in a matrix environment.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing, is preferred.
• Proficient in Hungarian, both spoken and written, along with a good command of English.
