This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Channel Development: You will establish and cultivate our specialty channels in France, including pharmacies, travel retail, online retail, and concept stores.
• Account Management: You will oversee existing partnerships and acquire new customers through persuasive presentations and customized product proposals.
• Promotions & Trade Marketing: You will coordinate promotional initiatives, secondary placements, and point-of-sale materials in close partnership with the marketing team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will collaborate extensively with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: You will identify trends, discover new distribution opportunities, and formulate strategies tailored to the French market.
• Trade Shows & Partner Events: You will represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings throughout France.
• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail, or online retail.
• A background in FMCG, beauty, or health.
• A structured, self-motivated approach to work with a strong commercial acumen.
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Proficient use of everyday tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and a CRM system.
