This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Promote and market our fragrances across Poland.
• Cultivate and enhance business relationships with major clients in the fragrance sector.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and customer workshops for both new and existing clients.
• Facilitate and support communication between our R&D department and clients regarding technical matters.
• Engage in sales meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events.
• Create and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related industrial field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the perfume or pharmaceutical industries.
• Relevant initial experience in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of the market and established relationships within the relevant industry are advantageous.
• Strong networking and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
• Capacity to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
• Exceptional communication skills in Polish and English.
• Engage in promoting and selling our fragrances throughout Poland.
• Foster and strengthen business relationships with key customers in the fragrance industry.
• Conduct product presentations and customer workshops for both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate communication between our R&D department and customers regarding technical challenges.
• Take part in sales meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts.
