This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for cultivating and expanding both existing and prospective customers within the German foodservice and industrial sectors.
• Formulate customer-specific annual objectives, sales strategies, and action plans in collaboration with our internal teams.
• Independently oversee central key accounts (e.g., chain restaurants, caterers, distributors), which includes conducting market, customer, and competitor analyses.
• Create customized foodservice solutions by utilizing internal expertise to meet sales and distribution goals.
• Manage, track, and report on sales, volume, and budget objectives, including forecasting.
• Ensure effective collaboration with our inside sales team and relevant stakeholders to implement contracts, promotions, and customer agreements.
• Offer continuous customer guidance on new products, assortment, and market trends with a strong focus on solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in key account management within the foodservice/FMCG sector.
• Experience in field sales and working with distribution partners.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance existing customer relationships and attract new clients.
• Independent, organized work style accompanied by a service-oriented attitude.
• Passion for foodservice, plant-based nutrition, animal welfare, and sustainability.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
• Confident in using MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license class B and willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany (approximately one overnight stay per week on average).
