This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategic account management: Track and evaluate KPIs for your portfolio to ensure adoption, utilization, and measurable results throughout the customer journey.
• High-impact consulting: Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client's business, pinpoint opportunities, and craft customized strategies that advance their goals.
• Churn prevention: Proactively foresee risks, recognize warning signs, and take action to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Expansion and growth: Discover and cultivate opportunities within accounts (new markets, countries, or business lines).
• Client relationship building: Forge strong connections with stakeholders, lead value-driven discussions, align expectations, and empathetically support challenges.
• Collaborative work: Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive experience and address end-to-end requirements.
• Customer-centric mindset: Center your focus on the customer, prioritizing impact, results, and strategic account management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or commercial roles within B2B technology companies (preferably SaaS).
• Education: A degree in business, technology, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English is a significant advantage!
