This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Strategic account management: Monitor and analyze key KPIs of your portfolio to ensure adoption, usage, and tangible results at every stage of the customer journey.
• High-impact consulting: Gain a deep understanding of each client's business, identify opportunities, and design customized strategies that drive their objectives.
• Churn prevention: Anticipate risks, identify warning signs, and take proactive measures to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Expansion and growth: Identify and develop growth opportunities within accounts (new markets, countries, or business lines).
• Client relationship management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, leading value-driven conversations, aligning expectations, and supporting challenges with closeness and empathy.
• Collaborative work: Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience and address needs comprehensively.
• Customer-centric mindset: Always place the customer at the center, prioritizing impact, results, and focus on strategic accounts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or commercial positions in B2B technology companies (ideally SaaS).
• Education in business, technology, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or English is a significant plus!
