This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Develop strategic targeting plans in collaboration with US Marketing and Field Sales for the designated region.
• Consistently provide accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
• Enhance the DUALTO™ brand and cultivate relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, service line administrators, biomedical stakeholders, and supply chain leaders.
• Gain insights into customer requirements, capital fleet conditions, purchasing cycles, funding options, and processes for acquiring new technology.
• Structure and negotiate capital agreements, including rental, subscription, bundled services, and innovative financing options.
• Partner with strategic Key Account Managers, Field Sales, and Service teams to ensure smooth installation and adoption processes.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of product offerings, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to enhance forecast precision and expedite complex decision-making processes.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical demonstrations to promote DUALTO™ sales and foster adoption.
• Transition post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption responsibilities to local sales and service teams.
• Formulate strategies informed by industry and market trends.
• Foster internal relationships across various Johnson & Johnson divisions.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience is essential; capital sales experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hospital or ASC environment, attending live patient cases as required.
• Proven capability to create and present ROI-focused business cases to hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Experience in engaging C-suite stakeholders during capital governance and approval processes.
• Successful track record in structuring innovative and financially optimized capital agreements.
• Proven experience in leading technical and clinical demonstrations that result in successful outcomes.
• Strong sales management experience driven by CRM within matrixed commercial teams.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• Capability to operate in a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.
