This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage a portfolio consisting of strategic accounts and flagship companies.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a customer-centric approach to pinpoint essential needs and empower our clients to achieve their objectives through Alan.
• Proactively detect potential signs of dissatisfaction and implement effective solutions to address them.
• Ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts while promoting Alan's health partner positioning to drive significant adoption among employees and administrators.
• Analyze and deliver consumption reports to clients during business reviews.
• Identify and execute innovative initiatives to engage our existing customers.
• Oversee cross-selling and upselling initiatives within our portfolio to meet customer needs and alleviate pain points.
• Renegotiate contracts to ensure exceptional value for our customers while maintaining sustainable profitability.
• Contribute to the advancement of our products and services, representing the voice of our customers in discussions with Product teams.
• Assist in acquiring new customers by promoting our Key Account Management program to prospects and collaborating with Sales teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
• Experience with companies that have more than 150 employees.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (French fluency is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and positive advocacy skills, capable of establishing long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to create data-driven reports.
• Outstanding active listening and follow-up skills.
• A growth mindset with a keen interest in the healthcare sector and a desire to develop a thorough understanding of the market.
