Key Account Manager – Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic, results-driven sales approach with distributors throughout France.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs.

• Collaborate with EMS specialists to jointly create innovative solutions for energy management.

• Assume responsibility for projects from the tender stage to commissioning.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Sungrow's global teams to ensure alignment with the overall vision.

• Represent Sungrow at significant industry events and actively seek new sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commercial and technical expertise.

• Extensive hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or clean technology sectors.

• Comfortable working autonomously and fully accountable for your territory and outcomes.

• Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate those around you (partners, customers, or internal teams).

• Flexible and able to thrive in rapidly changing environments.

• Proficient in French at C1/C2 level and English at a minimum B2 level; proficiency in any additional European language is advantageous.

• Willing and able to travel frequently across France (over 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.
