This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the strategic management of an enterprise client portfolio at Lett, focusing on client retention, growth, and the enhancement of relationships;
• Cultivate relationships with strategic and executive stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach that emphasizes business impact;
• Facilitate executive meetings (QBRs/MBRs), crafting strategic narratives informed by data, KPIs, and market insights;
• Convert information and insights into strategic recommendations for clients, aligning digital performance, e-commerce, and digital trade marketing with business goals;
• Recognize growth opportunities within the portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives;
• Respond to critical and at-risk situations by formulating strategies and action plans to retain and develop accounts;
• Lead and mentor the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, enhancing the team’s technical, analytical, and consultative skills;
• Track performance, guide direction, and promote team development, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the portfolio;
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize initiatives, monitor deliverables, and continuously enhance the client experience;
• Spearhead projects and strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and value creation for clients.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or managing enterprise client relationships;
• Background in leading and developing teams, including performance oversight, strategic guidance, and consultative growth;
• Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace strategies, digital trade marketing, and online retail;
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in managing KPIs, analyzing data, and preparing business-oriented executive presentations;
• Experience in conducting strategic meetings, formulating action plans, and providing consultative support to clients;
• Understanding of retention strategies, portfolio expansion (upselling/cross-selling), and client risk management;
• Knowledge of digital performance metrics, including pricing, market share, out-of-stock levels, availability, and digital execution;
• Proficient in using CRM tools, dashboards, and data analysis platforms;
• Consultative mindset, strategic foresight, and a strong focus on business impact;
• Exceptional communication, influence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Capability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environments;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields;
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
