This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and target new opportunities within hyperscaler, colocation, edge, enterprise, and replacement cycles.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic and hyperscaler accounts, fostering strong, lasting relationships across various levels.
• Develop new accounts by acquiring tenders, analyzing projects, and formulating offers.
• Negotiate effectively and persuade clients to secure wins.
• Establish and maintain a strong, insight-driven pipeline and backlog that aligns with a strategic account plan.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand presence and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
• Extensive experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development within data center infrastructure.
• HVAC/chilled-water and airside cooling experience is highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and achieving ambitious targets.
• Technical knowledge is advantageous, particularly regarding Hydronic chilled-water and airside products relevant to data center cooling.
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel and utilize regional offices as needed.
• Proficient in IT with MS Office skills.
