This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement a business strategy tailored to the territory that aligns with the goals of the EMEA business unit.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities throughout the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to facilitate initial orders and demand planning.
• Represent 3M’s EMD portfolio by effectively communicating value propositions and benefits of applications.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain teams across functions.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights.
• Ensure accuracy of account and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering training and guidance to colleagues and junior sales personnel.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in B2B sales and business development specifically within the Data Center market.
• A strong, established network among key players in the Data Center Hyperscale and EPC markets.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding strategic key accounts.
• Strong ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively navigating a global, matrixed organization.
• Capability to develop and implement strategies for the EMEA region.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional European languages is a significant plus.
