This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +4 more states.
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of promotional strategies for all ADVANCED HYDRATION brands across all accounts, utilizing fact-based industry sales information such as IRI/Nielsen and other relevant industry data.
• Act as a strategic partner to both the regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize the financial investment and capacity of ADVANCED HYDRATION while managing promotional expenditures effectively.
• Take responsibility for P&L performance by calculating, reviewing, and reporting on various customer budgets.
• Conduct consistent pre- and post-analyses of account performance using syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of a continuous improvement initiative for the assigned territory.
• Stay informed of all competitive and pertinent information within each account, providing regular feedback to the manager and VP of Customer Sales.
• Develop and strengthen relationships across the Bottler System.
• Timely and accurately communicate all trade plans to bottlers and ADVANCED HYDRATION sales and marketing teams.
• Present customer outcomes at various Bottler meetings to Senior Bottler Leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to address customer challenges by providing insights and expertise to grow the ALL brand with assigned customers.
• Establish strong relationships with internal partners and field operating units to facilitate timely discussions regarding key issues and opportunities.
• Provide ongoing and timely updates and plans regarding customers to the CR management team.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of National Account experience is required.
• Experience working with IBC, Murphy's, and Buc-ees is preferred.
• Must reside within the TX, AR, OK, NE, MN, or MO areas.
• Experience with syndicated data is required.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent computer skills are necessary, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proven leadership abilities and a successful track record in Business Development are essential.
• Must be a creative thinker capable of working independently.
• Excellent team management and development skills are required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time by car and plane, covering both local and neighboring geographic areas.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be capable of long-distance driving.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards as per the Driving Policy.
