Key Account Manager – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete sales process in Germany, ranging from lead generation to closing deals.

• You will manage and enhance a premium customer portfolio consisting of major end customers and dealers, with a focus on strategic growth.

• You are tasked with establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the construction sector, as well as within the dealer and distribution network, up to the C‑level.

• You will tailor our global sales strategy to fit the German market and execute it on a regional level.

• You will regularly share insights regarding market dynamics, including competitor activities, customer feedback, pipeline status, and sales figures, ensuring the internal team stays informed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in business, engineering, or construction.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a Key Account Manager role within the construction or building materials sector.

• Several years of experience in the dealer and distribution segment, demonstrating a strong track record in distribution.

• An established network of relevant decision-makers in the construction and/or building materials industries.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong emphasis on closing deals, including at the C‑level.

• A confident and professional demeanor, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and results.

• An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work in dynamic and complex market environments.

• Fluency in German and proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
