This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition and management of new clientele from targeted groups including insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurers.
• Presentation and demonstration of the FIO Claims Management platform.
• Performing needs assessments and creating customized sales solutions.
• Managing customer relationships effectively.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance the platform.
• Representing FIO at trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Completed commercial training in the insurance industry (e.g., insurance and finance clerk) or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in property/casualty insurance and/or claims management.
• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales.
• Familiarity with relevant target groups, including insurance brokers and insurers.
• Excellent and persuasive communication abilities.
• Capability to clarify technical subjects effectively.
• Strong team player.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Analytical mindset.
• Solid understanding of technical matters.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Good command of English.
