This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sustain and enhance our business relationships with channel partners.
• Onboard new channel partners.
• Oversee and assist channel partners, including cash & carry (C&C), office suppliers, and food wholesalers.
• Create and implement strategies for acquiring new channel partners.
• Define and oversee the pipeline for new partners and sales channels.
• Meet revenue and profit objectives with channel partners.
• Formulate an annual business plan for channel partnerships.
• Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with trade partners.
• Design, develop, and execute sales promotion initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare and present to channel partners, deliver training, and represent the company at public events.
• Ensure effective collaboration with the sales team and relevant departments at Diversey.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customers and prospects, as well as with market partners.
• A university degree (from a university, university of applied sciences, or vocational academy) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels within customer organizations and across Diversey.
• Sales-driven individual with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with chemistry, products, and the industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with international colleagues, departments, and clients.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Competent IT skills.
• Capability to work independently with a focus on organization, prioritization, and goal-oriented tasks.
