This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will oversee the complete sales cycle in the Central Region β€” from generating leads to closing deals.

β€’ You will cultivate a premium portfolio of major accounts and develop it with strategic intent.

β€’ You will establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction sector β€” up to the C-level.

β€’ You will tailor our global sales strategy to fit the regional market and execute it on a local basis.

β€’ You will consistently provide insights into market dynamics β€” including competitors, customer feedback, pipeline data, and figures β€” while keeping the internal team updated.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in business, engineering, or construction.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager within the construction or building materials sectors.

β€’ A well-established network with pertinent decision-makers in the construction and/or building materials industries.

β€’ A strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in acquiring and nurturing strategic key accounts.

β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals, including at the C-level.

β€’ A confident and professional demeanor with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and results.

β€’ An independent, organized, and goal-oriented approach to work in dynamic and complex market conditions.

β€’ Proficiency in German at a negotiation level and good command of English, both spoken and written.
