This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other specified KPIs across designated accounts
• Create and implement sales strategies tailored to individual customers for both existing and new growth opportunities
• Establish and nurture robust, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
• Lead negotiations on contracts, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with the objectives of Flora Food US
• Collaborate closely with Advantage Solutions (broker partner) to assess performance, track trends, and effectively implement strategies
• Evaluate business performance and customer data to pinpoint risks and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in direct account management within CPG sales, including managing brokers
• Strong skills in collaboration, influence, and negotiation
• Highly developed planning and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Solid understanding of P&L management, financial forecasting, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with sales planning systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness and capability to travel for customer meetings and team gatherings
