Key Account Manager – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Market Entry & Expansion — You will establish our business presence in Italy, concentrating on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail, and selected grocery partners.

• Account Management — You will oversee existing customer relationships and attract new partners by delivering persuasive pitches and customized product range proposals.

• Promotions & Trade Marketing — You will strategize and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials, and sampling campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Cross-functional Collaboration — You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory affairs, and e-commerce.

• Market & Competitive Analysis — You will monitor trends, identify opportunities, and devise new distribution strategies for the Italian market.

• Representation — You will represent Glow25 at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events throughout Italy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or health sectors.

• A solid understanding of the Italian retail landscape, including drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail, and grocery.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.

• Spanish is a plus (especially beneficial if you can engage with Spanish-speaking partners or markets).

• A structured and proactive work approach combined with a hands-on attitude.

• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, a CRM system, and AI technologies.

• Experience with pharmacy/parapharmacy channels is advantageous, particularly knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes, and trade marketing setup in that environment.
