This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will foster sustainable growth in our B2B sector, ensuring that both established partnerships and new collaborations lead to quantifiable progress.
• You will strategically enhance our partner network, fortify existing client relations, and promote our brand through targeted marketing initiatives—both online and in-person.
• You will seek out new corporate clients and cultivate enduring partnerships.
• You will plan and oversee partner activations to sustainably boost revenue and brand visibility.
• You will conceptualize and coordinate events (such as trade shows, point-of-sale activations, and exclusive industry gatherings).
• You will streamline ordering and customer management processes.
• You will promote listings in physical retail environments (such as drugstores and grocery stores) and develop associated strategies.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness of your initiatives and apply data-driven enhancements.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Shop/e-commerce) to ensure comprehensive execution.
• You will take charge of your projects and independently guide them to successful outcomes.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales or partner management.
• Experience in the FMCG industry or with lifestyle brands (such as beauty or fashion).
• Experience working with smaller accounts and some exposure to larger key accounts.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with retail structures and ideally experience with listings in physical retail.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a structured, self-directed working approach.
• Excellent communication skills along with confident negotiation abilities.
• A data-driven mindset with an understanding of relevant sales KPIs.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in the dietary supplements/nutraceuticals industry.
• Proficient in German, with at least C1 language skills.
