This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the Key Account Manager and main point of contact, fostering robust client relationships and ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Propel revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities, upselling current offerings, and utilizing insights from the market and competitors.
• Work collaboratively across teams, including technical, business, legal, sales, marketing, product, operations, and support, to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Track and enhance client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and refining products or services based on client feedback.
• Manage the successful implementation and ongoing development of accounts, leveraging data analytics to guide strategic decisions and meet performance objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Over 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management with international clients (preferably in the payments or technology sector).
• Strong skills in portfolio management and multitasking.
• Bonus: Experience in Project Management or Product Management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
