This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of merchants within card acquiring and payment services.
• Manage incoming leads and convert them into signed agreements with clients.
• Cultivate robust partnerships and promote customer expansion.
• Ensure effective client onboarding and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Track client performance and address any issues that arise.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and generate reports on their status.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a fintech, payments, or banking context.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and sales qualification.
• Familiarity with CRMs and payment analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and customer orientation.
• Well-organized and proactive in approach.
