Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of merchants within card acquiring and payment services.

• Manage incoming leads and successfully convert them into signed agreements.

• Build and nurture strong partnerships to drive customer growth.

• Guarantee effective client onboarding and high levels of satisfaction.

• Track client performance and address any issues that arise.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and generate reports on client status.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within a fintech, payments, or banking setting.

• Strong abilities in problem-solving and sales qualification.

• Familiarity with CRMs and payment analytics tools.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on clarity and customer orientation.

• Highly organized and proactive in approach.
