This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee and finalize new and ongoing sales initiatives for dough machines catering to industrial bakeries.
• Collaborate internally with team members to ensure optimal customer service and effective project management.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
• Prepare quotations and engage in commercial negotiations.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships.
• Work alongside local partners and agents.
• Identify emerging trends in the market.
• Educate customers about market dynamics, product features, and innovations.
• Participate in international trade fairs.
• Travel and customer visits are expected to be around 40%-50% of the time.
• Experience in export sales, particularly with capital goods (preferably food processing machinery).
• Commercially minded and entrepreneurial.
• Exceptional command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of business cultural differences.
• Ability to take independent initiatives.
