This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Strategic leader in Customer Development responsible for Direct Customer/Business Management within the designated customer channel.
• Formulate and enhance the vision and strategy to support both long-term and short-term business goals.
• Oversee the processes and execution of annual plans across designated customers and bottlers.
• Achievement of critical business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and essential financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets) will be expected.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and cross-functional teams to develop Annual Plans that meet both immediate and future business objectives.
• Direct annual negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership agreement that aligns with overarching organizational priorities.
• Serve as a collaborative leader of a cross-functional team tasked with creating and implementing comprehensive customer selling narratives, while delivering key insights to meet all essential execution metrics (Assortment, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising, and Innovation).
• Manage ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics, addressing plan gaps while proposing recommendations to meet required business objectives.
• Build and utilize high-level external relationships to enhance BODYARMOR's market positioning.
• Engage in all necessary system routines (Customer Core Teams) to provide customer updates, including annual plan targets, ongoing performance updates, and action plans for achieving annual objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Coca-Cola NAOU + Bottler Customer Leads (Directors/AE’s) to optimize joint customer plans, results, and execution.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in National Account management is necessary.
• Residence in the San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston areas is mandatory.
• 30% travel is required, both within the local territory and for national meetings.
• Proven experience in developing strong collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers is essential.
• Ability to utilize and analyze syndicated data to create fact-based storytelling is required.
• Must be self-driven and highly organized, possessing a strong desire to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Capability to swiftly evaluate business needs, devise an action plan, and manage necessary changes is crucial.
• Effective interaction with a diverse range of business professionals is vital.
• Passion for brand development, new product introduction, and long-term growth is required.
• A verifiable list of current contacts with relevant buyers and divisional managers is necessary.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data are required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be capable of driving long distances.
