This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Account Management: Oversee key accounts within the customer portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, needs, and concerns.
• Customer Excellence: Provide outstanding service with customer satisfaction as the foremost priority through regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and predefined objectives while accurately forecasting order input amounts and timings.
• Technical Proposals: Thoroughly estimate projects and create technical proposals to meet customer requirements.
• New Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end users throughout the territory.
• Relationship Building: Build and sustain long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers in Scotland and the Northern region.
• Growth Identification: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
• Marketing Support: Aid in the planning and execution of marketing, promotional, and customer entertainment activities.
• Internal Liaison: Act as a conduit between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication.
• Initiative Leadership: Spearhead and drive new initiatives to enhance service delivery and account growth.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record in a comparable position.
• Technical Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as an electrical or mechanical background.
• Relationship Skills:Capable of connecting with individuals and establishing strong, enduring professional relationships.
