This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee commercial operations for the Power Transmission sector across designated customer accounts and sales regions.
• Formulate and implement commercial strategies for Power Transmission offerings, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors, instrument transformers, power quality and sensing devices, along with associated services.
• Create account plans to facilitate the execution of commercial strategies and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with product line teams and external sales representatives from manufacturers to achieve order intake goals.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations to support account strategies.
• Maintain precise forecasts of orders, margins, and sales for assigned customer accounts using the Salesforce CRM tool.
• Assist and support cash flow and receivables management activities for designated customer accounts.
• Provide insights regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to the product line marketing team.
• Conduct regular account reviews with leadership.
• A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in sales, account management, proposal development, business development, or product management is essential.
• At least 4 years of experience in the electrical or utility sector in a related capacity is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
• Capability to build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, mainly within assigned accounts and sales territories, with occasional trips to domestic U.S. and international manufacturing sites.
• A valid driver's license is required.
