This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
β’ Collaborate with the Global Account Manager to identify, develop, and implement account sales strategies across your designated accounts.
β’ Act as the primary contact for business development within assigned accounts, overseeing all aspects of account management, understanding business drivers, leveraging cross-functional resources, and analyzing essential metrics for customer sales.
β’ Interact with customers to grasp their needs and deliver effective results.
β’ Formulate and execute strategies for growth to achieve sales targets.
β’ Partner with Customer Success and Customer Support teams to collect strategic outcomes and prepare sales presentations.
β’ Communicate efficiently with the customer success team to identify and capitalize on conversion, upgrade, and expansion opportunities.
β’ Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking skill enhancement and knowledge acquisition while collaborating with colleagues.
β’ Ensure that our customers receive top-notch sales and operational excellence.
β’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and customer opportunities, proposing innovative methods to boost sales.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management positions, ideally within the hospitality SaaS sector.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry; specialization in areas such as Hotels, Restaurants, and Casinos is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in selling an application and technology-based platform.
β’ Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and establishing relationships at all organizational levels.
β’ Exceptional listening and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to C-Level executives and technology leaders.
β’ Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
β’ Familiarity with the Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
β’ Strong active listening skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
