This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Drive new business initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and securing new B2B accounts.
• Develop outreach strategies, presentation materials, and a scalable acquisition framework from the ground up.
• Analyze which sectors, regions, and company profiles offer the most promising opportunities for Oscar.
• Take charge of existing B2B clients and foster genuine commercial relationships.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to enhance our B2B offerings and product-market alignment.
• Collaborate with location management and customer service to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in car rental, fleet, or mobility sectors.
• Proficient in Danish: most customer interactions will occur in Danish, and understanding the local market is essential.
• A quick decision-maker: you act and adjust based on incomplete information.
• Self-driven: you focus on achieving results rather than just tracking activity metrics.
• Genuine ownership from the outset. You will manage actual accounts and generate real revenue.
• Direct access to company leadership and a clear progression path as the Danish B2B segment expands.
• A market leader in flexible mobility: 600+ locations, a €50B+ addressable market, and a proven business model.
