This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts and distribution partners, with defined revenue and growth objectives that you will actively oversee and report on.
• You will take the lead in conducting annual reviews, negotiating pricing and terms, and drafting commercial agreements, engaging directly with decision-makers at the customer level.
• You will strategically enhance international sales by identifying new distribution partners, creating market entry strategies, and facilitating the onboarding process for new country accounts.
• You will utilize a data-driven approach: CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline tracking will serve as tools for management rather than bureaucratic tasks.
• You will represent Stapelstein® at pertinent trade shows, partner events, and industry gatherings, ensuring your presence in person where it is most impactful.
• You will proactively assess which accounts have the potential to evolve into genuine strategic partnerships and develop them accordingly.
• You possess experience in key account management or B2B sales, ideally within a consumer-oriented, brand-focused environment (such as lifestyle, design, family, education, or similar sectors).
• Experience in international market expansion or establishing new country markets is advantageous.
• You negotiate with confidence and purpose, adept at navigating complex partnerships with multiple layers of decision-making.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping is beneficial but not mandatory; more importantly, you should understand the interdependencies and know how to act when challenges arise.
• You are numerically minded: KPIs, forecasts, and revenue targets guide your actions, rather than being unfamiliar concepts.
• You have experience with CRM systems and actively leverage digital tools to manage your portfolio effectively.
• You are self-organized and thrive in a remote work environment, while also recognizing when in-person interaction with customers is essential.
• You possess excellent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages (such as French, Dutch, or a Scandinavian language) is a significant advantage.
• Start date is flexible.
• A competitive and equitable salary package.
• Remote-first approach — based in Germany and occasionally from international locations.
• Flexible working hours with a shared core time from 9–12.
• Overtime is fully compensated with time off in lieu.
• Full-time workload is 36 hours per week — promoting focus and an improved work–life balance.
• Accompanied by 30 days of vacation annually.
• Monthly team gatherings in Stuttgart or Berlin.
• Opportunities to collaborate in person, advance projects, and engage personally.
• Two inspiring offsite events each year to foster team spirit, even in a remote-first environment.
• Flexible benefits like a shopping budget, mobility allowance, or Urban Sports — available post-probation period.
