This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of all national sector-specific initiatives, including the creation and organization of business plans
• Development of the sector strategy, encompassing the execution of related promotions
• Serving as the liaison between customers and internal specialized departments
• Ongoing management of relationships for all key accounts, scheduling customer interactions with regular business reviews (ensuring quality and quantity of contact)
• Indirectly leading and coaching account managers, along with coordinating staff assignments
• Continuous evaluation of sales performance for designated customers and initiating actions when performance diverges from expectations
• A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of pertinent professional experience in sales or key account management
• Familiarity with chemicals, products, and the industry; experience in healthcare, especially in nursing and housekeeping, is a plus
• Strong commercial and business insight
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Outstanding conceptual thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Residence in Germany
