Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and product account leader for the designated area.

• Assume complete responsibility for the performance of the assigned portfolio.

• Develop and implement local commercialization strategies that enhance product adoption.

• Achieve and surpass results and marketing goals through precise execution.

• Carry out strategic account development that aligns with national strategies and meets customer demands.

• Establish and maintain long-lasting, trust-driven relationships with key clients.

• Take charge of customer networking and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure effective execution and incorporation of customer insights into local strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in an innovative pharmaceutical company, preferably in a Key Account Management position.

• Experience in multiple functions.

• Proven commercial success, combining sales excellence, business insight, and a strategic approach to consistently drive growth.

• Demonstrated enterprise-level thinking.

• Unquestionable ethical standards, integrity, and informal leadership skills.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of recognizing business opportunities and creating innovative solutions.

• Adaptability and the ability to manage change effectively in uncertain and dynamic environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Slovak (written and spoken) is a plus.
