This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic customer relationships within Germany.
• Formulate and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored for the German market.
• Develop, oversee, and consistently improve the sales process to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Manage key accounts and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and competitive analyses regarding SINENG's products and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical sales, business development, or project management within the BESS and PV sectors.
• Previous experience with an inverter manufacturer is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of solar projects, energy storage systems, and inverter technologies.
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Permanent employment contract.
